The company has a code of conduct defined. The code of conduct sets out the basic principles and rules governing the company's relationship with its employees and the external environment. The code of conduct applies to all employees of the company.
The company must not offer or receive bribes, agree or accept unlawful commissions, or require conduct that would violate or induce anyone to violate applicable laws or that would result in a bribe. No agreements may be made that violate the rules of fair competition.
The company respects the protection of intellectual property, adequately protects confidential information about business partners, and uses such information only for the purpose for which it was provided. The company has implemented an innovation system that allows employees to make suggestions for improvement and to determine how compensation is determined.
Suppliers of materials, services, and works are informed of the company's code of conduct and asked to confirm in writing that their production and business activities do not conflict with the code of conduct.
The company cooperates with the public and municipal sectors in the area where it operates, is aware of its position as a major regional employer and encourages active leisure activities for its employees, including financial support for local associations and societies and voluntary donations.
